Sir,
We the students of class 10 of your school. We beg most respectfully to state that we want to go on a study tour to the Sundarban. It is one of the biggest mangrove forest in the world & a world heritage site. Study tour isn't only interest but also instructive. It would be a great experience if we have the permission to go there. Two of our teachers have already agreed to accompany us. We ourselves will pay for the expenses.
We, therefore, pray & hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on the study tour.
