I beg to state that I'm a student of class vi of your school. My father is a doctor. But recently he has been transferred from here to Dhaka. Our family is going to be shifted to new place. Here I have no reletive to reside with. Now it is impossible to continue my studies in your school. So, I'm badly in need of a transfer certificate.
